Please use the mainline ATLAS and FFTW releases!

The ARM versions of ATLAS and FFTW distributed here are obsolete, and are kept simply for the convenience of those who have used them in the past and can't or don't want to update. Moving to the mainline releases, available at the links below, will give you equal or better performance, and the bug fixes that come with an actively maintained distribution.

• ATLAS 3.10 is a stable release of the mainline ATLAS distribution with ARM support, and is available here. (The NEON matrix multiplication routines are the same as in 3.8.4 ARM, with additional improvements and level-2 routines contributed by ATLAS lead author Clint Whaley and his students.)
• FFTW 3.3.4 and later versions include NEON support written by the original developers of FFTW; the latest version is available here.

For those who still want to use the obsolete versions, they will continue to be available below, but will not be supported with patches and bug fixes.

  which provides optimized BLAS and LAPACK libraries
  
• FFTW (Fastest Fourier Transform in the West) version 3.2.2 ARM
  which provides optimized FFT libraries
